Every home is unique, that's why I offer a free consultation appointment, either over the phone or at your home.

  • I have a relative that's struggling to stay on top of things, can you help?
    I'd love to! Please get in touch so that we can have a chat about the situation and I can build a bespoke individual or regular package just for them.
  • Do I need to be there?
    It all depends on what needs to be done to reach your goal. For things like decluttering, it's always best to do this together. I can look after the physical elements of the job, but only you can decide what stays and what goes. We'll discuss the best way to work together during our initial meeting - I'm happy to work in a way that suits you and your schedule.
  • I'm embarrassed, is your service confidential?
    Firstly, let me reassure you that there is nothing to be embarrassed about. Most people at some point find that life just gets in the way of keeping organised. ​ My service is 100% confidential and I'll never disclose information about the work we do together without your permission.
  • What areas do you cover?
    Normally within 15 miles of Street, Somerset. However, please still get in touch if you're a little bit further away and I can let you know if I can help. Areas covered include: Street, Glastonbury, Walton, Ashcott, Bridgwater, Wells, Somerton, Yeovil and surrounding villages.
  • Do you take the clutter away?
    I have a waste carriers licence and I'm happy to discuss removing items to be either donated or recycled if required. ​ Just to note, I can only remove standard household items. There are some things that I am unable to remove, for example building materials, asbestos, plasterboard, car parts including tyres and oil, rubble (including pottery and crockery). I'm happy to work with you to find a local company that can provide this service. Licenced waste carrier registration: CBDL481485
  • Are you insured?
    Yes I am. I hold full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance as a Professional Organiser, provided by Westminster Insurance. I'm also DBS checked.
  • Will you make me throw things away?
    Never! You are the only person who can make that decision. I'm simply there to ask the right questions to help you decide what stays and what goes. ​ Don't worry, if there are items that you can't decide on, I have a few nifty tricks to help with those too.
  • Do I need to buy loads of stuff?
    No, there's no need to rush out to buy things. Most of the time excess 'stuff' is the exact thing we're trying to address. ​ If you're looking to revamp or organise a space better, there may be a few items I can recommend to make your life easier or the space work better. ​ We'll discuss these things as we work together and I'm happy to help source items if you'd prefer.
  • Do I need a professional organiser / decluttering service?
    If you're reading this, it's likely that you do. You may not have considered getting this type of help in the past, but busy and hectic lifestyles or busy work schedules can mean juggling everyday life and jobs can often leave little time or energy for anything else. ​ If you've ever said something like 'I just don't know where to start' then it's definitely yes! Get in touch and let's chat.
  • I'm a business, can you help?
    I'd be delighted to - let's have a chat about what you need. ​ Just to note, I'm not licenced to remove business waste.
  • Do you do normal cleaning?
    All of my packages will include cleaning along the way. I'll bring everything I need to make sure your space is sparkling clean at the end. ​ I currently have limited availability for standard or regular cleaning only appointments - so get in touch as soon as possible if this is something you're interested in . ​ If you're looking for a regular clean, declutter and organise package, please get in touch and I'll be happy to chat.
  • Short Burst Declutter (4 hours)
    Perfect for decluttering one area, large cupboard or small room.     A good choice for decluttering a whole room / area or multiple areas.     A good choice for things like guests arriving, kids playroom or creating additional space for a new bit of furniture. £120

    For houses that need a good sort out or for larger spaces which need extensive rejigging. £200
  • Back Again! (3 hours)
    A discounted price for people who have purchased one of my decluttering packages within the last 6 months or a follow up session within the last 3 months. £75
  • Moving day organisation
    Need some help arranging your new home? This package is perfect for you. Includes: Review of your current home and initial consultation (prior to moving) Full support and project management on moving day (7 hours) Help with unboxing, organising and decluttering in your new home Deep cleaning where needed to ensure a neat and tidy space Recommendations throughout the day about how best to arrange your furniture and items Initial kitchen set up, ensuring visual appeal and good usability From £299
  • Home dressing / staging
    Ensuring your home has visual appeal is important when trying to get the best sale price. You don't want clutter and mess to put people off because they think there's not enough storage or won't be big enough for them. When your home is on the market, it's also visible to everyone! Don't worry though, I can declutter, organise and dress your home - to make sure you can feel confident showing off the Rightmove photos. From £139 - please get in touch for a free initial consultation.
  • Bespoke Home Report
    Happy to declutter yourself? I can provide a written report which includes information and recommendations tailored to your home. Includes A 1 hour home audit and consultation Up to 2 rooms included in the report Travel within 10 miles of Street, Somerset Full written report, which will include guidance about how to declutter and organise your space. If you decide to book in a physical decluttering session, you'll get a 10% discount on the first one (if booked within 3 months). £120 Extras Weekend & Bank Holiday consultation +£20 Over 10 miles +45p a mile Additional rooms +£30 a room Please note, this package doesn't include any physical decluttering or organising.
  • Chat with Cat
    If you'd prefer to just get some advice on how to declutter / organise your space or if you need help with how to prepare your home for marketing, this package could be for you.   • Commercial clean (1 hour)
    My standard commercial cleaning rate is £30 an hour with a minimum of 2-3 hours (depending on location). If you have something you need help with, please get in touch and I'll be happy to have a chat and provide you with a no obligation personalised quote.
  • Domestic clean (1 hour)
    My standard domestic cleaning rate is £25 an hour with a minimum of 2-3 hours (depending on location). If you have something you need help with, please get in touch and I'll be happy to have a chat and provide you with a no obligation personalised quote.
  • The Big Declutter (21 hours)
    For when there just isn't enough hours in the day. Heavily cluttered spaces, full homes or complex situations. Just to note: This plan is available within my standard service area, if you're more than 10 miles away from Street, Somerset, please get in touch for a free quotation.
